How Can I Reduce My Risk of Kidney Disease?

How can I reduce my risk of kidney disease? Kidney disease in most of time is a chronic disease, which lasts for a long time and may recur if not treated fundamentally. So knowing some knowledge about this can prevent us from getting kidney disease or detecting kidney disease earlier. 
Firstly, drink more water which can be as much as 6 to 8 glasses so as to create a cleaner inner environment and to reduce the burden of the kidney. As we know, kidney has function such as filtrating toxins and waste products. All these will accumulate into the body and can not get out of the body through urine, which will give kidney more burden. 
Secondly, avoid being too tired, for long time fatigue is also an inducing factor for kidney disease. As we know, most kidney diseases are caused by immune problem. When people are tired, especially when we are tired for a long time, the immunity will become low, which makes people get kidney disease easily especially after infection such as cold or flu. In modern times, every one is very busy. Even the office workers will work late. No matter what we do, enough rest is necessary. In the day time, we should be efficient. Only in this way, can we go home late and have enough rest, thus forming a good circle instead of a bad circle. 
Thirdly, have physical examination half a year on blood and urine. For the strong compensation ability of kidney, many patients go to see a doctor even when they are in uremia stage, which is really difficult to reverse for the damage in the kidney is severe. However, when kidney is damaged, although there is no symptoms we can see or feel, there is abnormality in the urine or test. For example, if there is something wrong in the kidney, in the urine, there will be extra red blood cells, protein and so on, which we can not see. So regular examinations are critical. 
Fourthly, take care of ourselves in our daily life so as to strengthen the body. On one hand, we should take exercise every day, such as doing Yoga. On the other hand, take in nutritious food such as having more fresh vegetables and fruits, milks, etc.
